Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was also a teammate as well as the captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 in addition to the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals for floor and team events, and a bronze on the balance beam. In 2012, she became the very first American athlete to achieve the most medals in the Olympics. She along with the teammate Gabby Doug were the first Americans to take home back-to-back golds in team events. Her silver medals came in the floor-based individual and all-around events. Three years had passed between her last appearance in competition gymnastics. Also, she was a among the gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her favourite event is Floor Exercise. Aly is an active member and member of Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her line of signature leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce is a novel she is working on is due out sometime in the coming year.
